Q1. How should we place order for Audits and Inspections?
A1. You could contact us via email or fax at least 3 work-days in prior along with product information, inspection criteria and supplier information. Our customer account officers shall arrange and handle all of your inquiries.
Q2. How should we consider which Services is needed?
A2. Our services are aimed to be useful throughout production chain, and we virtually close the gap between you and the factory. Here are some scenarios for your consideration:
i. Factory Audit (FA) and Social Accountability Audit (SA).
When you are about to place order to a new factory: Do you know their capability? Are you sure their management and operations meet with legal requirements, which are vital and may influence your reputation. You may click here for more details.
ii. Initial Production Check (IPC), During Production Check (DUPRO) and Production Status Track (PST).
Production has begun. Are materials and finished products correct? Is there any issue you should attend to so shipment schedule would not be influenced?

iii. Final Random Inspection (FRI) and Loading Supervision (LS).
All goods are finished. Is everything in conformity: quantity, product quality, packaging method, labels and carton markings?

Q3. We have been working with this factory for years without problems, but the quality seems to have slipped lately, what should we do?
