The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission in cooperation with Orioxi International Corp have announced a voluntary recall of children's hooded sweatshirts and jackets.
The jackets and sweatshirts have drawstrings through the hood which can cause a strangulation hazard to children. The items were sold at "Shirt off My Back" retail stores located in Colorado, Michigan, and Wyoming from September 2005 to May 2008. Consumers are advised to remove the drawstrings from the sweatshirts immediately to eliminate the hazard. Consumers can also return the garments to the purchase place for refund.
