The Massachusetts Department of Public Health has published their final guidance document for testing of lead in children’s jewellry to assist manufactures and retailers act in accordance with new requirements which is effective on 17th October, 2008 under 105 CMR 650. The document applies to jewellery marketed to or for use by children less than 14 years old.
