The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced a voluntary recall of about 11,000 units of swing sets, manufactured in China. The hangers which hold the chains of the gliders can break and cause a child to fall. The items are sold at Toys “R” Us stores nationwide under the Create N Adventure brand, Wal-Mart stores nationwide and Wal-Mart.com under the Adventure Pay sets brands from January 2008 to May 2008. Consumers are advised to remove the gliders from the swing sets immediately and contact Backyard Leisure to receive gliders hangers for free replacement together with repair instructions.
