The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and Tek Nek Toys Int’l L.P. of Southlake Texas together announced a voluntary recall of 122,000 units of Plush Rocker Toys, manufactured in China. The products were recalled due to unstable bases, which allowed the rocker to tip over, posing a fire hazard to children. 35 reports of rockers tipping over have been received, including 10 reports of injuries, such as bumps, bruises and lacerations. Consumers were strongly advised to keep the products away from children and contact Tek Net Toys for a replacement base.
