Inspection Certificate (I/C) is a tool to safeguard your benefits. It could be issued to supplier upon receipt your instruction for the arrangement of shipment/ payment after the inspection report is released.
If there is any circumstances that you are unsatisfied with the quality level, Certificate will not be delivered to your supplier until solution is found to fix the product quality problem.
