Initial Production Check (IPC)
IPC should be placed before production starts. When materials arrive before production, are they what you requested? IPC is a preventive measure especially for high value product before production takes place.
The followings criteria are included:
- Quality of components /material
- Arrival status of all requested materials
- Production capability estimated by Factory
