 i. Initial Production Check (IPC)
Before the production begins, we will check on the quality, color, conformity, etc of different materials or components which will be used in the production process. We will also make sure the appropriate materials arrive at factory on delivery schedule.
IPC will highlight any non-conformity before production, and alert you of the steps that are necessary for correction, such that product problems could be avoided during production.
 ii. During Production Check (DUPRO)
Performed when at least 25% of production is completed. We will examine the quality of the semi-manufactured/ finished products, packaging to ensure that the quality conforms to your requirements.
This will minimize the risk of shipment delay by allowing immediate correction. We would also verify that possible improvements suggested during the IPC are implemented.
iii. Production Status Track
When deposit is made, how do you make sure your supplier produces your goods according to the production schedule? Our simple production check is to verify the quantity and percentage of goods has been make in order to ensure the production schedule is on time and the oversea buyers receive their goods on the designed time.
Besides production quantity check, a production sample (both finished and semi-finished products) will also be withdrawn and send back for customer reference.
