Hong Kong Q.C. Center Ltd. (hereunder "HKQCC") dedicates itself to provide independent inspection services to protect customer's best interest at factories. HKQCC's Code of Ethics (hereunder "the code") indicates the principles and ethical standards that underlie our professional responsibilities and conduct. These principles and standards should be used as guidelines when examining everyday professional activities.
Each employee, regardless of the department and position, within HKQCC must be familiar with and understand this code and shall abide by the Code of Ethics and substantially follow the standard of practice. Any behavior that violates the ethical standards of this Code shall be considered unethical and HKQCC will not tolerate any violation of this code. Any employee who violates this code is subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment, as well as legal implications if necessary.
This Code is not exhaustive, failure to specify any particular responsibility or practice in this Code shall not be construed as denial of the existence of such responsibilities or practices. Employees may consult the Ethics Compliance Team for any matter concerning this code.
If an employee discovers that the code of conduct is not well maintained, the employee should report the matter to the Ethics Compliance Team immediately for further investigation.
General Principle
Integrity

Our services are carried out with an honest, open and professional manner, with telling the truth in all situations and at all the times.
Employees conduct their affairs with trust and confidence and never designedly report information that are false, misleading, or deceptive.
Under all circumstances, information involved in the services would not be disclosed in any ways before gaining the clients approval and shall be treated as business confidential.
Works have to be performed according to company policies. HKQCC does not tolerate any violation of law by its employees.
Periodic evaluation is carried out to evaluate employee's awareness of their ethical conducts.
Anti-bribery
Bribery, in other words, means offering something to a person in return for a favor of some kind. HKQCC does not tolerate any bribery within the company and any employee found engaging in this practice will be immediately terminated. We have several standards in place.
Employees are not allowed to release any clients' personal information to outside parties in order to gain or exchange of any form of benefits.
Employees and their immediate family members should never offer or receive any gift, gratuity, or entertainment that might be perceived unfairly to influence a business relationship.
Employees should not knowingly participate in material conflicts of interest.
Employees should inform manager and clients of any business connections, interests or affiliations which might influence his/her judgment or impair the equitable of the services.
Refraining from engaging in any activities that compete with HKQCC, or which may compromise its interests.
Impartial
We ensuring our works are accorded fairly, consistently and with a high degree of transparency.
We should act in the best interests of its clients in providing services or recommending the services of an affiliated person to its clients.
Report finding should be based on objective criteria, rather than on the basis of bias, prejudice, or preferring the benefit to one party over another for improper reasons
Transparency
We believe that listening to you is one of the best ways to improve ourselves and our services. We are willing to accept constructive comments from all parties in order to help us make better decisions.
Explain significant product or service risks, component substitutions or other foreseeable eventualities that could affect clients or their perception of the purchase decision.
Accept constructive criticism and strive to communicate clearly with all parties.
We will listen to the needs of our clients and make all reasonable efforts to monitor and improve their satisfaction on an ongoing basis.
HKQCC encourages employees and directors to avoid even the appearance of a conflict of interest and to raise ethical questions, dilemmas concerns or suggestions with appropriate individuals within the company.
Conflict of Interests
A "conflict of interest" arises when employee misusing their position for private benefit or personal advantage. Employees should avoid situations that present a potential conflict between their personal interests and HKQCC's interest.
No employee is allowed to engage in any activities that will influence the employee's performance at work or the company whether in reputation or financial status.
No employee is allowed to hold a position or to acquire an interest in the share capital of a competitor or a client.
No employee is allowed to employ a family member without gaining the approval of the office manager.
